01 / Overview

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the public Hustle Monks website, its Website Trust Assessment, and related contact or project-request interactions. It does not replace a separate agreement that may apply after a client relationship begins.

02 / Information

Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit a website assessment or contact request, Hustle Monks may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number when provided, website address, preferred contact method, project timing, the website problem you describe, and any optional desired-outcome details.

Website and security information

The website and its service providers may process technical information needed to host, secure, and operate the site, such as request timestamps, IP-derived or network information, browser and device information, page paths, referrers, security events, and diagnostic logs.

Temporary assessment draft information

When the public assessment is enabled and you begin entering answers, the form may use your browser's sessionStorage to keep unfinished answers in that browser tab so a same-tab reload does not erase your draft. This temporary storage does not submit the information by itself. Closing the tab ends that browser session, and a confirmed successful submission clears the temporary draft. Never enter passwords, financial or banking information, Social Security numbers, medical information, private keys, or other highly sensitive information.

Temporary Website Guide choices

The automated Website Guide may use your browser's sessionStorage to temporarily remember the choices you select and your current place in the guide within that browser tab. This version does not send those choices to Hustle Monks. Resetting the guide clears that temporary guide state, and closing the tab ends the browser session that holds it.

Do not enter passwords, private keys, payment credentials, banking details, login information, health information, or other sensitive information in the guide. Any future option to submit a guide summary for lead follow-up or human review will require a separate deliberate action from the visitor and an updated privacy process.

03 / Keep it business-safe

Do not submit highly sensitive information

Do not submit passwords, financial or banking information, Social Security numbers, medical information, private keys, authentication codes, or other highly sensitive information through the assessment or public contact paths.

04 / Purpose

How we use information

  • Review your website, business context, and stated concerns.
  • Respond to your request and recommend a useful starting point.
  • Manage lead and assessment records and avoid duplicate submissions.
  • Protect the website, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and maintain service reliability.
  • Understand aggregate website usage and improve public pages and services.
  • Comply with legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution obligations.

05 / Service providers

Where information is processed

Supabase processes and stores assessment, lead, authentication, and security-related information used by the intake system and authenticated Operational Center.

Vercel hosts and deploys the public website. Vercel Web Analytics is currently used to understand aggregate site usage. Google Analytics is not currently enabled.

These providers may process information in accordance with their own terms, privacy notices, security practices, and the service arrangements used by All In Endeavors LLC.

06 / Sharing

Sale, rental, disclosure, and advertising

Hustle Monks does not sell or rent personal information. Assessment information is not currently used for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Information may be disclosed to service providers that help operate the website and intake system, when required by law or legal process, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a legitimate business transaction where appropriate safeguards apply.

07 / Retention

How long records are kept

Lead and assessment records are generally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Records may be kept longer when an active client relationship, legitimate business need, legal requirement, security issue, accounting requirement, or dispute requires it.

08 / Your choices

Access, correction, and deletion requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or to ask questions about how it is handled. Hustle Monks may need to verify your identity before completing a request and may retain information where legally permitted or required.

09 / Security

Reasonable safeguards

Hustle Monks uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to limit unauthorized access to submitted information. No website, database, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so visitors should submit only the information needed for the request.

10 / Children

Business services for adults

The website is intended for business owners and adult representatives. It is not directed to children under 13, and Hustle Monks does not knowingly seek personal information from children.

11 / Updates

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the website, services, or legal requirements change. The effective and last-updated dates at the top of this page identify the current posted version.

12 / Contact

Privacy questions or requests

Privacy questions and requests should be directed to the configured privacy contact.
